People Count is an independently designed app designed by our president Tom Lopez and piloted in Nashua NH. People Count has been developed in response to complex, unwieldy definitions of homeless, and increasing difficulty identifying the scope of local issues. It is meant to put the assessment of local conditions, back in local hands. This App will allow nonprofit organizations, municipal authorities and public health professionals to take an accurate and ongoing count of sheltered homeless people in their community, It is designed to be simple to use to encourage repeat counting. As the app is still under development, this page is a platform for direct entry into forms. The data in these forms may only be accessed by Greater Nashua Continuum of Care designees. Stay tuned for a final roll out.
